*Fair Usage Policy (FUP): “Unlimited” plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Post-FUP speeds may be reduced. Full FUP details are provided before installation. Speeds mentioned are “up to” speeds — actual performance depends on your location, plan, network conditions, and device capability. All prices exclude applicable GST (18%). One-time installation charges (typically ₹500–₹1,500, may be waived on annual plans) apply for new connections. Exact charges are confirmed before service activation.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP) Explained

Plans marked as “Unlimited*” include a Fair Usage Policy:

  • You get high-speed data up to the FUP threshold specified in your plan.
  • After the FUP threshold is reached, your speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • Post-FUP speeds vary by plan (see plan cards above).
  • The FUP limit resets at the start of each new billing cycle.
  • “Unlimited” means there is no hard data cap that cuts off your internet access. It does NOT mean unlimited high-speed data at all times.
  • Business plan subscribers have no FUP and get consistent speeds throughout the billing cycle.

Speed Disclaimer

All speeds shown are “up to” speeds representing maximum potential performance under optimal conditions. Actual speeds vary based on:

  • Your location and distance from our nearest network node
  • Network congestion and time of day
  • Your router model and capabilities
  • Number of devices connected simultaneously
  • Whether you’re using Wi-Fi or a wired ethernet connection
  • Internal wiring quality within your premises

For best experience, connect via ethernet cable for speed-sensitive tasks.
